The Badlands
The Badlands pop up out of nowhere in the middle of South Dakota, but the long drive is worth it once you get out of your car to explore terrain that seems like it’s from another planet. I have more South Dakota photos up on flickr.
Stranded in Goa
Goa is India’s beach vacation spot and also the permanent home of this ship. It’s been stuck there for years. You can see more of my India photos on flickr.
Winding River
While flying back to Talkeetna, Alaska from Denali our small flight-seeing plane flew over this beautiful river. I was lucky to get a good shot of it.
Lookout
Somewhere along the highway on the South Island of New Zealand, there is a hiking trail called “Key Summit.” It takes a couple hours to go up, but I can’t recommend it more. The view up there is nothing short of spectacular.
